On Monday, March 9th we enjoyed an incredible evening of worship, fellowship, and mission at our 2026 Gospel Unity & Partnership Gala in Burlington, Ontario.

We are truly thankful for every ministry partner, pastor, church leader, and friend who joined us to celebrate what God is doing and has done through The Cross Current!

DINNER, FELLOWSHIP, AND GIVEAWAYS

A small group of our staff, board, and volunteers began the evening with prayer, seeking the Lord’s blessing for every guest.

Nettie, our Gospel Partner Relations team member, along with Julianne, a faithful  event volunteer, joyfully greeted attendees as they arrived and prepared for a meaningful night of gospel partnership.

Over dinner, we enjoyed rich table fellowship, followed by gift draws from two of our partner ministries Boggs Coffee and Answers in Genesis Canada. We thank God regularly for each of our ministry partners.

CELEBRATING GOSPEL MINISTRY TOGETHER

As the program began, we gave thanks to God through Scripture and prayer celebrating His faithfulness. Our President, Cory McKenna, shared encouragement about supporting local ministry and introduced the vision behind our Equipping Evangelists Training Network (EETN).

We watched stories of real transformation through the EETN Test Drivers Competition, including congratulatory words from Ray Comfort to winners Keith Tinson and Devin Van Egdom.

We also heard from Dan Anderson, who we hope will join our team part-time this year in Church Leader Relations, trusting that the Lord leads hearts to support Dan and his vital ministry.

Dan shared how your faithful prayers and partnership are strengthening gospel unity across Canada and how he will be supporting pastors and elders in their evangelism efforts in and through the local church.
