Not only has His Spirit already supernaturally empowered each of us for gospel witness, but He also helps us inspire each other to faithfully press forward on this mission together.

That’s why this email is your personal invitation to inspiration at our Burlington Gospel Gala on Monday, March 9th!

Why the New Date?

As the Lord is leading us to equip more Christians and churches in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, we prayerfully decided to reschedule our Burlington Gospel Gala from November of last year to March of this year.

Jesus said to go to Jerusalem first (Acts 1:8), because missions must start right where we’re standing. That’s why we hope you’ll register to save your seat/table to celebrate and support local gospel missions expansion with us!

What are the New Details?

Here are the updated details for the 2026 Burlington Gospel Gala:

Date: Monday, March 9, 2026

Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Location: Burlington Convention Centre (1120 Burloak Drive, Burlington ON)

This gospel gala includes a full 3-course meal, inspiring testimonial program, and a donation appeal at the close of the evening.

Not only will you hear more inspiring testimonies about God is forever changing lives through our gospel partnership together, but we also have several exciting presentations about how you can celebrate and support local gospel missions expansion through The Cross Current.

A Gala Message from Ray Comfort!

In 2006, Pastor Cory McKenna was personally trained by evangelist Ray Comfort and Living Waters. Following that life-changing experience, Cory founded The Cross Current and our relationship with Ray and his ministry team has continued growing.

After Cory and TCC partnered in several ministry and missions initiatives together last year, this year’s gala will bring a personal message from Ray Comfort and you’ll be the first to hear an exciting announcement about our new gospel partnership with Living Waters!

Please pray for God to move the hearts of our new Equipping Evangelists Training Network (EETN) members to unify in equipping more evangelists together.
Please pray for the continued development of the Gospel Unity Plan we will be rolling out this year in partnership with pastors/leaders and their local churches.
Please pray for God’s great grace to rest on our board and staff as we continue working together to set the table for another busy ministry schedule this year.
