Dissastisfaction with Items

If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased from us, we can refund it for you under the following terms:

• Request date must be within 30 days from the date of sale
• Items must be in "like new" condition. Items that have been damaged (i.e. cracked, crushed, scratched, or soiled CD/DVD disks or cases; dog-eared book pages; broken book spine; torn cover) or soiled (i.e. dirty; stained; sun-bleached) will not be refunded.
• Open items (i.e. packages of tracts; shrink-wrapped audios/videos) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of getting these items back into salable condition.

To arrange for a refund, simply call us at 226-663-1822. We will need your fist and last name, along with the date of your purchase. You will arrange to mail the items back to us (at your own expense). When those items are received by our shipping department, and found to be in "like new" condition, your purchase will be refunded.

Defective Items

If an item you purchase from us is defective or mislabeled (i.e. there's nothing wrong with your CD/DVD player by you can't get our CD/DVD to play, or when you play an audio/video it's not the same message as labeled), simply call us at 226-663-1822, and we will make arrangements to get a new copy to you free of charge.

Damaged Items

You should never accept delivery of a crushed or obviously damaged box. If an item you purchase from us has been obviously damaged in shipping, we ask that you refuse delivery. If the item was delivered when you were not present and the container is obviously damaged, call us at 226-663-1822 for assistance (before you open the package if possible).
