The Cross Current is always looking for gifted evangelists who can be equipped within their respective locations under the direction of their local churches to serve as regional Field Representatives (Reps) with our outreach broadcast ministry.
As each volunteer candidate is prayerfully and practically approved for mutual compatibility with TCC, they are then equipped for ministry on three levels:
Rep Training Program
All qualified candidates will be trained to represent The Cross Current in accordance with specific TCC local missions training regimen.
Rep Relations Agreement
All qualified candidates will sign off on our Rep Relations Agreement. This is a 3 module document that includes: The TCC Code Of Rep Enlistment (C.O.R.E.), Pastoral Referral and Oversight Agreement, and a police background check.
Tools and Resources Requirements
All qualified candidates will also be required to invest in the basic audio/video equipment necessary for recording Gospel conversations in accordance with TCC standards and practices.
